Part III, Table One, Development Standards by Zoning <br />District, Number 9, General Industrial Zoning District (Page 80). <br />Purpose Of Change: Add immediately following "9) General Industrial": <br />General Industrial zoning districts must be comprised of at least ten (10) acres. <br />Change the minimum tract size of five (5) acres to one (1) acre. Change setbacks <br />as follows: Front - 75' / Side - 30' ! Rear - 30'. <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission voted 9-0 to approve this zoning text <br />amendment. <br /> <br /> <br />
