PETITION 94-03(0 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />Part III, Table One, Development Standards by Zoning District, Number 9, <br />General Industrial Zoning District (Page 80). <br /> <br />Add immediately following "9) General Industrial": <br /> <br />General Industrial zoning districts must be comprised of at least ten (10) acres. <br /> <br />Change the minimum tract size of five (5) acres to one (1) acre. <br /> <br />Change setbacks as follows: <br /> <br /> Front - 75' <br /> Side - 30' <br /> Rear - 30' <br /> <br />Adopted this the day of , 1994 by the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners. <br /> <br />Jeffrey L.
