Presentation of FY'95 tlome and Community Care Block Grant Aging Funding <br /> Plan for Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />Eleanor Koski, Dept. of Aging, Lead Agency for FY'95 - Introduetiun <br /> <br />Representatives of Cabarrus County Dept. of Aging, Cabarrus County <br />Dept. of Social Services, and LIFE Center Adult Day Center - <br />Summary of services planned in FY'95. <br /> <br />2. Public llearing on FY'95 Aging Funding Plan to receive citizen comments. <br /> <br />The second item of business is the Board approval of the plan. The original plan has <br />been sent to John Day to review and sign and then rquestcd to pass it on to you for <br />this meeting. Jeff Barnhardt, chairman or thc Board, will need to sign thc county <br />summary page and each local provider services summary page of thc plan.
