Wl I <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Engineering Report for Bids on Muddy Creek WWTP and Interceptor <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: I) Waive the minor irregularity in Concord Builders, Inc.,'s bid <br />regarding failure to specify the modular treatment manufacturer. <br /> <br />2) Accept all bids as adjusted. <br /> <br />3) Award Contract L - Line Work to t~ F.
