* ground and surface water monitoring results <br /> <br />· monitoring well coordinate and elevation data <br /> <br />After completion of the remaining three sampling events, CDM will prepare a report that <br />contains the statistical analysis and comparison of groundwater monitoring results to N.C. <br />Ground Water Standards prior to April 9, 1995. <br /> <br />The responsibility of OWNER as described in Section 2 of said Agreement are <br />amended and supplemented as follows: <br /> <br />· Provide access for drill rigs to monitor wells locations. <br /> <br />Provide a potable water source for use in decontamination of drilling. <br />equipment. If the potable water source is an onsite well, then laboratory <br />analysis will be required to ensure that the well is not contaminated. <br /> <br />Assist ENGINEER in complying with any additional information requested <br />by the State or any other regulatory agency during permitting, design, and <br />construction of any project included in this Amendment or added by <br />additional Amendment. <br /> <br />· Review all project deliverables in a timely manner. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The time period for the performance of ENGINEER's services as set forth in <br />Section 4 of said Agreement are amended as follows: <br /> <br />ENGINEER will begin services stated in Task 1 within one week of notice to <br />proceed. Monitor wells will be installed and at least one sample collected from <br />each groundwater monitoring well and a report submitted before October 9, 1994. <br />The remaining samples will be collected and the statistical analysis report <br />submitted by April 9, 1995. <br /> <br />The method of payment for services rendered by ENGINEER as set forth in <br />Item B of said Agreement is amended and supplemented as follows: <br /> <br />For the Basic Services performed by ENGINEER under Section 1 of this <br />Amendment, OWNER agrees to pay ENGINEER the lump sum fee of $86,065 <br />partial payments to be made monthly in accordance with the percentage of work <br />completed that month. The subcontractor drilling cost estimate, surveying <br />estimate, analytical laboratory, and geotechnical laboratory cost estimate for <br />budgetary purposes is $50,350.
