¢)(3) <br /> <br />(e)(6) <br /> <br />Chapter 3 - Containment and Environmental Control Systems <br /> <br />This chapter will contain a general description of the systems designed for proper <br />landfill operation, system components, and corresponding function. <br /> <br />Chapter 4 - Special Engineering Features <br /> <br />TASK 7 - DRAFT AND FINAL SITE STUDY REPORTS <br /> <br />CDM will prepare five draft copies of the Site Study and deliver them to the County for <br />review. CDM will meet with County staff to review comments on the report. CDM will <br />incorporate County comments as appropriate and submit five copies of the Site Study to the <br />Solid Waste Section for review. CDM will deliver five copies of the final Site Study to the <br />County. <br /> <br />TASK 8 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT & MEETINGS <br /> <br />CDM will attend up to six progress meetings with Cabarms County staff and/or the Board of <br />Health throughout the course of the project. CDM will attend one meeting during the course <br />of the project with the County Commissioners. <br /> <br />CDM shall develop a work plan and project management plan to guide the development of the <br />project and to assure the timely delivery of work products to the County. CDM shall also <br />prepare monthly invoices for the work completed for the period and coordinate the work of <br />subconsultants. CDM shall submit written updates throughout the project which summarize <br />the progress made and include the percentage of the project completed during the reporting <br />period. These written updates will be provided with each invoice. <br /> <br />The responsibility of OWNER as described in Section 2 of said Agreement are <br />amended and supplemented as follows: <br /> <br />Provide access for drill rigs to boring locations and do all necessary <br />coordination with property owners for access. <br /> <br />· Provide a potable water source for decontamination of drilling equipment. <br /> <br />The time period for the performance of ENGINEER's services as set forth in <br />Section 4 of said Agreement are amended as follows: <br /> <br />CDM will deliver the draft Site Study to the County for review within five months of <br />receiving an authorized Amendment and notice to proceed. CDM will prepare and deliver the <br />final Site Study to the North Carolina Solid Waste Section within two weeks of receiving <br />comments from the County. This schedule assumes that Option B is the preferred site and <br />that there are no delays associated with additional sampling of monitoring wells at the existing <br /> <br />Page 16 of 18 <br /> <br /> <br />
