UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Fennel and <br />unanimously carried, the Board accepted all bids as adjusted. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board awarded Contract L - Line Work to R. F. Shinn <br />Contractor, Inc. for $794,935.50, contingent upon 1) receipt by Cabarrus County <br />of an NPDES permit for the project, 2) execution of Change Order No. 1 <br />concurrently with the Contract execution reducing the Contract Amount to <br />$780,735.50, and 3) closing of project financing. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board awarded Contract S - Single Prime to Concord <br />Builders, Inc. for $1,235,000.00, contingent upon 1) receipt by Cabarrus County <br />of an NPDES permit for the project, 2) execution of Change Order No. 1 <br />concurrently with the Contract execution reducing the Contract Amount to <br />$1,090,000.00, and 3) closing of project financing. <br /> <br /> <br />
