I understand that you do not completely agree with all the <br />terms in the new lease, more particularly section 4 concerning insurance proceeds being paid to <br />Cabarrus County if there was fire or other casualty damage. Since this modification has been <br />adopted by our Board of Commissioners, they are the only ones that can offer any relief in this <br />matter. <br /> <br />Please let me know if you intend to present this matter before the Board of Commissioners so that <br />we may schedule you on an upcoming agenda.
