trips per day and per month, fuel consumed (gallons), total fuel cost, and <br />average fuel cost per gallon, reimbursement rate per mile, to~al system cost <br />per day and per month, and the system cost per client trip; Provide COUNTY <br />with summaries on a periodic basis; assist in the completion of funding <br />requests (FTA Grants) and annual minor TDP updates; <br /> <br />E. Prepare and submit quarterly reports required by ~he North Carolina <br />Department of Transportation; <br /> <br />F. On an on~9oing basis, evaluate the performance of the syscem for the <br />purpose of identifying potential operational and passenger batching <br />improvements, and assist COLrNTY in implementin~ the recommendations of the <br />LOCA~ AREA TDP; <br /> <br />G. Provide transportation only to authorized passengers i~] ~he system; Bill <br />ali agencies on a monthly basis, utilizing an itemized invoice; <br /> <br />H. Make available any and all records and written materials persaining to <br />client use statistics, dispatch activities and vehicle data to COUWTY upon <br />request; maintain separate line item accounts for revenues and expenses for <br />the surcharge escrow account; <br /> <br />I. Ensure that $1,500,000 corabined single limit general liability and <br />automobile liability, collision and comprehensive insurance is in force on all <br />vehicles during the term of this Agreement, with uninsured/underinsured <br />momorist coverage limits of $500,000 or as otherwise mutua!l¥ agreed hereafzer <br />in writing by Zhe parties; and hold harmless COIR~TY and its officers, <br />employees, and agents from every claim, demand, liability, loss, damage, or <br />expense of any nature whatsoever, and all cost or expenses incurred ir] <br />connection zherewith which arises at any time by reason of damage to the <br />property of or personal injury to any p~rson occurring or arising out of the <br />performance by MCS officers, employees, or agents, occasioned by any actual <br />negligent acu or omission by MCS, except those itemized in Article I~, Section <br /> <br />J. Immediately notify COUNTY of any accidents or incidents involving any <br />vehicles and clients, whether or not damage or injury results, and make a <br />detailed report of the accident or incident to the director of the agency <br />whose clients were involved, the Chairman of the COD/qTY Board, and the full <br />Board; <br /> <br />K. Adhere ~o the holiday schedule adopted by ~he County of Cabarr~s for its <br />County offices; <br /> <br />L. For the purpose of weather cancellations, follow the local School Board <br />policy for closings unless otherwise directed by the Board. <br /> <br />ARTICLE II, COUNTY WILL: <br /> <br />A.
