PURPOSE OF SOLICITATION <br /> <br />Cabarrus County requests proposals for a comprehensive performance, efficiency, staffing <br />needs and operations review for all County departments including those departments <br />subject to the State Personnel Act. This study shall encompass all program and <br />administrative units of each County department to identify an efficient organizational <br />structure, the staffing requirements, and workflow processes and procedures which will <br />enable Cabarrus County to obtain effective and efficient desired programmatic results. <br /> <br />III. BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> <br />The work. force within Cabarrus County consists 0£675 permanent full time positions, 235 <br />permanent part-time positions and 48 temporary positions.
