ARTICLE III. TERM OF CONTRACT: <br /> <br />A. This contractual agreement shall be in force for one (1) year from the <br />date noted above; with two(2) one year options, and shall be bindin? cn al! <br />parties participating in the coordinated system; <br /> <br />B. This agreement may be terminated by either party upon 30 days written <br />notice. Notice shall be deemed given when deposited with proper postage in a <br />depository of the United S=ates Mail and addressed to the appropriate party; <br /> <br />C.
