NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Cabarrus County will conduct a public hearing at 9:30 AM on <br />March 3, 1993 in the Commission Chambers of the Governmental <br />Center at 65 Church Street,, Concord, N.C. The purpose of <br />the hearing is to explain the Community Deyelopment Bloc~ <br />Grant (Economic DeYe~opment) application the County expects <br />to submit to the N.C.
