Witherspoon, County Manager <br />on Moorhead, Personnel Officer <br /> <br />DATE: February 25, 1993 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Request for A Change to the Cabarrus County Personnel Ordinance <br /> <br />I have received numerous requests that we consider changing the sick leave section of our <br />personnel ordinance to include limited usage for employees to be with and/or assist close family <br />members (other than just minor children) in medical situations. Therefore after receiving strong <br />support for the change from Department Heads, Personnel Committee members, and randomly <br />selected employees, it is requested that the attached change to Article VI, Section 12.
