CABARRUS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners will <br />conduct a public hearing at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, April 5, 1993, to consider the request <br />by the Kannapolis City Council to grant approval to the City of Kannapolis to exercise <br />extraterritorial jurisdiction over "Area I" which is located west of and contiguous to the <br />present Kannapolis City limits. A map of "Area I" is on file in the Office of the County <br />Manager. The public hearing will be held in the Commissioners' Meeting Room at the <br />Cabarrus County Governmental Center in Concord.
