CABARRUS COUNTY <br />REPAINTING/VINYL SIDING POLICY <br /> <br /> Gateway 73 CDBG Program <br /> <br />Within the Gateway 73 CDBG program homes will be repainted <br />if the existing painting is chipping, flaking, and/or fading. <br />In the event the owner of the home wishes for the home to <br />be vinyl sided instead of painted the CDBG program will pay <br />the amount that the contractor stipulated on the work write <br />up for repainting the exterior and the owner will be <br />responsible for the remaining costs. The owner will deposit their <br />share of the cost with the County prior to the installation <br />of the vinyl siding. <br /> <br /> <br />
