Reduced recidivism back into the Juvenile Justice System following <br />youth's termination with the services (promotion of family <br />self-sufficiency) for 75% of children served. <br />of the 20 children fully served by Home-Based Services (7/91 - 6/92), three <br />children (or 15%) had a new Juvenile petition or motion for review dg~ to a <br />violation. Two children (or 10%) were charged as adults after age 16. 15 <br />children or 75% had no new court involvement. <br /> <br /> <br />
