We presently have five members to retire on June 30, 1993. <br />They are: <br /> Ms. Monica Davis Mr. David Goff <br /> 187 Georgia St. S.W P.O. Box 387 <br /> Concord, NC 28025 Concord, NC 28026-0387 <br /> <br /> Mrs. Judy Green Mr. Alexis Stinson <br /> P.O. Box 668 14 Powder Street <br /> Concord, NC 28025 Concord, NC 28025 <br /> <br />In addition, I understand that; Mr. Robert Deason, has been a member of the Task <br />Force. I have never met him and he has not attended any of our meetings in the last <br />year. Upon discovery of this appointment the year was nearly over and I felt that <br />it would be b~--in the best interest of the Task Force and the Commission to simply <br />allow his term to expire. I hope that you are in agreement. <br /> <br /> I would like to suggest the reappointment of Ms. Davis, Mrs. Green and Mr. <br />David Goff to another three year term. In addition I have included a Profile sutxnitted <br />by; Mr. JefferyA. Mingo of 1527 Kingston Drive, Kannapolis, NC 28083 with the re- <br />quest that he be appointed to a three%.year term also. <br /> <br /> I regret to inform you that, Mr. Leroy Staggers of 145 Cabarrus Avenue. West, <br />Concord, Nc 28026-0145 and Mr. Barry Wicker of 301 Setter Court, Concord, N~ 28025 <br />have violated the 75% attendance policy and have unexpired terms. I request that <br />your offfice inform them of their retirement frc~ the Task Force under that provision. <br /> <br /> I will be in contact with Barber Scotia College to see if I can recruit the <br />new Chaplain on campus to possibly fill one of the above sppointments.
