O. 9. 199 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Weatherization Contract and <br /> Two Certifications <br /> <br />Attached is a new contract for the Weatherization Program for next <br />fiscal year's funding along with a Debarment and Suspension <br />Certification and certification regarding Lobbying restrictions. <br />Signatures are required on these documents before the 1993 contract <br />can be processed for the Weatherization Assistance Program. <br /> <br />This contract is for a total of $85,200 along with $1500 for <br />Training and Technical Assistance for a total contract of $86,700. <br />This is an increase of more than our budget reflects at this time. <br />Our budget for next fiscal year in construction materials (57-65- <br />385) has an amount of $27,938 and this contract will require <br />$31,013 for materials. <br /> <br />The Chairperson of the County Board of Commissioners will need to <br />sign the 1993 Weatherization contract as well as the two <br />certification documents. The N. C.
