A. Providing technical and administrative training to work crews, job supervisors, <br />outreach workers, and administrative personnel. The training may cover accounting <br />systems, purchasing procedures, inventory control, filing and reporting. <br /> <br /> B. Monitoring and inspecting the technical and administrative effectiveness of the <br />Weatherization Assistance Program to identify and correct deficiencies and determine <br />need for the type of training required. Prepare repods which assess the quality and <br />quantity of accomplishments, par[icularly as it relates to the quality of workmanship on <br />completed homes. Also, insure that all the needed and authorized measures are <br />installed. <br /> <br /> C. Evaluating and acquiring training materials, e.g., manuals, brochures, etc. to be <br />used as training aids or reference materials on the job. <br /> <br /> D. Attending and conducting T&TA workshops, seminars, and meetings to broaden <br />knowledge and provide guidance to agency personnel. Conduct training sessions on site <br />as required. Determine workshops, seminars, or meetings which agency personnel <br />should attend for the purpose of expanding overall program knowledge. <br /> <br /> E. Providing information concerning conservation practices to occupants of eligible <br />dwelling units and padicularly those who have received weatherization assistance. <br /> <br />C.) Reports. Separate .reports shall be submitted for the Weatherization Assistance <br /> Pro.qram component and the Training and Technical Assistance component. <br /> <br /> Section 1: Monthly Repeals. The Contractor shall submit by the eighth (8th) day of <br />each month Monthly. Program Progress Reports to the Grantee on Forms provided by the <br />Grantee. Failure to provide these reports when due will result in payment not being made <br />for that month. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Quarterly Reports. The Contractor shall submit by the tenth day <br />following each calendar quarter being reported on, a Comprehensive Quaderly Report, <br />standard form 272 (Federal Cash Transactions Report) <br /> <br /> Section 3: Interim Reports. The Grantee may at its discretion request inteiim <br />repods from the Contractor that may be prompted by unforeseen circumstances that may <br />affect the operation of the Program. Failure to submit reports, when due, may result in the <br />termination of program funds. <br /> <br />Section 4: Final Reports. The Contractor shall submit a final closeout report and <br /> <br />-13- <br /> <br /> <br />
