For every ten ($0.!0) cents increase in the Federal >~nimunWage <br />Rate (F~), the mileage reimbursement rate will be increased by one <br />cent ($0.01) per mile; <br /> <br />4. Increases or decreases of annual insurance pr~,-~i~ shall be <br />adjusted and prorated as follows: when during the contract period the <br />insurance pr~iums increase/decreasemore than five percent (5%) from <br />the current rates the charge per vehicle mile shall be adjusted to <br />reflect an increase/decrease in pr~-ait~rs. Increases/decreases in <br />pren%iums up to ~nd including five percent (5%) variance will not effect <br />the rate; <br /> <br />5. The County will pay CTS for transportation services within 10 days <br />after the receipt of eachmonthly billing; <br /> <br />6. The rate per mile above will be based on the ass~,~tion of 350,000 <br />miles of operation. If the average monthly service mileage consistently <br />falls below or rises above 1/12 of 350,000, the County agrees to <br />renegotiate the rate; <br /> <br />7. The County will reiraburse CTS at an additiona] rate to be added to <br />the rates herein contained for vehicles provided by CTS at the County's <br />request. The charge for additional CTS provided vehicles will be <br />determined at the time of the request. <br /> <br />F. Reimburse CTS expenses incurred to bring the ]eased vehicles in <br />cu~liance with North Carolina Safety Standards during the first 90 days of <br />operation; <br /> <br />G.
