Contract to Provide Fire Inspections and Enforcement <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />6. The County agrees to adopt the city's fire prevention ordinance <br />and permit fee schedule. The County agrees to provide the City <br />appropriate road maps of the County. <br /> <br />7. The County shall pay the City the sum cf $34,000.00 on July 1, <br />1993. The contract amount will be renegotiated before June 30 for <br />each of the remaining four years of the contract. <br /> <br />8. This contract shall be in effect until June 30, 1998. <br />Termination of the contract by the County or city'shall require a <br />180 day notice.
