It is requested that the following motion be considered: <br /> <br />To approve the attached revised reimbursement rates for Medicaid <br />services provided by the health department retroactively to July <br />1, 1993, for some services and September 1, 1993, for other <br />services; and <br /> <br />-to adopt a policy to approve the health department's <br />implementation of revised Medicaid rates and charges, whether up <br />or down, as soon as new rates are received from the Division of <br />Medical Assistance without seeking commissioners' approval each <br />time new rates are received. <br /> <br /> <br />
