(7) Location and uses of any proposed or existing buildings and <br />building lines. <br /> <br />(8) Proposed and existing contours with a vertical interval of five (5) <br />feet, no greater than ten (10) feet and elevations of existing streets, <br />roads, drives, curbs, catch basins, and etc. CONTOURS SHALL <br />APPLY ONLY TO THE PRELIMINARY PLAT(S). <br /> <br />(9) Name, location and dimensions of ali proposed roads. The location <br />and dimensions of all alleys, driveways, entrances, exits and walkups. <br /> <br />(10) Proposed storm drainage plan for the entire mobile home park <br />including all proposed grading necessary to insure proper drainage, <br />control of erosion, and compliance with all grade requirements not set <br />forth in this ordinance. This drainage-erosion plan must bear the <br />stamp of approval by the Land Quality Section with North Carolina <br />Department of Environmental Health and Natural Resources sigr~ifying <br />that the North Carolina Statutes pertaining to soil erosion and <br />sedimentation control are satisfied. <br /> <br />(11) General landscape plan showing the location, name and size of all <br />plant material to be used on the project and plans of landscape features <br />such as screens, fences, etc. The location of all grassed areas should <br />be shown. <br /> <br />(12) Location and dimensions of all recreation areas, open spaces and <br />parks. <br /> <br />(13) Plans for proposed utilities (e. g., water and sewer lines) must be <br />approved by the appropriate agencies, either state agencies or county <br />agencies. The submission of the final plat will be accompanied with <br />documentation stating that the utility system(s) have been approved. <br /> <br />(14) Location of all garbage receptacles. <br /> <br />(15) Location of major identification signs. <br /> <br />(16) Signatures of person(s) or firm(s) responsible for the plan. <br /> <br />G. Registration: <br /> <br />The operator of each mobile home park shall keep an accurate register containing a <br />record of all occupants and owners of mobile homes in the park. The operator shall <br />keep the register current, and all entries for the previous three (3) years available <br />for inspection at all times by authorized county representatives. The register shall <br />contain the following information: <br /> <br />(1) Name and permanent address(es) of owner(s). <br /> <br />(2) Space number in which each mobile home is parked. <br /> <br />(3) Date of entering park. <br /> <br /> <br />
