Administration Of Mobile Home Park Ordinance: <br /> <br />It shall be the duties of the PLANNING, ZONING AND BUILDING INSPECTION <br />DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION of Cabarrus County <br />to review all preliminary and final plats of a Mobile Home Park. Once all <br />improvements have been made and the final plat approved, the Zoning Administrator <br />and the Zoning Staff will enforce the Mobile Home Park Ordinance.
