Mr. Untz said it would have to be maintained such as a street and
kept up to the proper standards.

Mr. Amos asked is there an appropriate wording the ordinance that
would allow that enforcement.

Mr. Untz said not at this time. Not addressing pedestrian walk
space as far as the up keep.

Mr. Newton, Director, asked Mr. Untz if that was covered under some
of the general provisions in the maintenance of the mobile home
park?

Mr. Untz said no, but it could be added.

Dr. Hartgen said section 13 would apply. Just amend section 13 and
refer to it as the applicable.

The Chair asked Mr. Hamby, Attorney for the Board, if this needs to
be an amendment to mobile home park ordinance.

Mr. Hamby said for this language to be included he thinks it would
be appropriate to make that in the form of an amendment.

Mr. Amos said one other thing that he thinks might be beneficial in
that first note under item 3 on the first page. What if they said
items 1, 2, and 3 upon adoption of the mobile home park ordinance
would apply to all future mobile home park permits. He asked was
that not the intent?

The Chair MOTIONED, to make an amendment that the board add to item
24 the statement "all pedestrian walkways must be maintained in
good repair," seconded by Mr. Amos. The vote was unanimous.

The Chair asked if there was any further discussion to the Mobile
Home Park Ordinance.

Mr. Amos said he would like to say it is a tremendous improvement
and he would agree with Dr. Randalls' comments about appreciating
all the work Mr. Untz put into it.

Dr. Hartgen MOTIONED to make an amendment that under item C, #3 the
phase "or permits" be inserted after the word parks.

Mr. Amos said you may want to say developed after the adoption of
amendment, rather than going back to the original ordinance.

Mr. Downs said you have to go back to the original ordinance to
make it retroactive on the older parks, then take it from this day
forth.

Mr. Jordan seconded Dr. Hartgen amendment.

Mr. Newton said he thinks that this is not clarifying what we are
