Ritchie,~Program Coordinator <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Signature Request <br /> <br />Attached is an amendment to the Home and Community Care Block Grant <br />for Older Adults Services contract with the county for additional <br />funding this fiscal year. The county received an additional <br />allocation to be used for in-home services in the amount of $13,166 <br />that has been allocated among the LIFE Center, Dept. of Social <br />Services and Aging Department. <br /> <br />Please secure Carolyn Carpenter's signature on both copies and <br />return after she signs.
