organizations, at a minimum: (a) the Kannapolis Utility <br />Department regarding correct address ranges and street names for <br />all Kannapolis streets; (b) the Southern Bell and Concord <br />Telephone companies in supplying the necessary address <br />information, including, but not limited to, providing a master <br />street list and block ranges; (c) the Cabarrus County Sheriff's <br />Department and, particularly, Sheriff Robert M. Canaday, the <br />overall coordinator of the Egll project; (d) the Kannapolis Fire <br />Department, and volunteer groups regarding the posting of <br />addresses on the houses and properties within KANNAPOLIS. <br /> <br /> Additionally, while all of the City of Kannapolis will <br />ultimately be corrected, since Egll is already operational in the <br />Rowan County portion of KANNAPOLIS, CABARRUS will direct its <br />initial attention and activities to the non-serviced area so that <br />all residents of KANNAPOLIS will be served by E911 as soon as <br />possible. <br /> <br /> 4. Undertakings of KANNAPOLIS. KANNAPOLIS agrees to: <br />(a) hold the required public hearings on street renamings; <br />(b) provide three (3) sets of accurate street maps which will <br />serve as base maps for this project; and (c) pay to CABARRUS the <br />sum of Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($6,500.00) for the <br />undertakings set forth herein (the "Compensation") in two (2) <br />equal payments, one payable on or about February 28, 1992, and <br />the second payable on or before May 31, 1992. <br /> <br /> 5.
