They are based on our mutual assessment of your needs and your qualification for these special terms. This offering is for The IBM RS/6000 systems with the following configuration: Qty Description Price 1 IBM Risc System/60000 model 530-H $ 62,256 with model 5081-001 display plus external tape and System Software 4 IBM RISC/System/6000 model 32-h $ 75,904 with model 5081-001 display plus System Software As part of this offer, you agree to acquire the IBM RISC System/6000 version of the ARC/INFO software from ESRI. The special terms include the following: (A) You are qualified to receSve a $ 4,013 credit for assistance from one or more approved IBM Business Partners. You should determine the applicability of tile services to your needs. ESRI is an independent contractor and these services are provided under a written contract between you and ESRI, and not on behalf of IBM. Actual chm'ges may be less due to travel and living expenses, and will be subtracted from the total allocation. This credit must he used within 6 months of the acceptance date of this letter, or within 6 months of the installation date of products included in this proposal, unless an extension is agreed to by IBM mid Cabarrus Counly Government. (B) You are qualified to receive up to $ 3,890 of Systems Engineering and Installation Services with charges waived. Actual charges may be less due to travel and living expenses which will be sub- tracted from the total allocation. Services must be used no later than 6 monlhs after the eligible IBM RS/6000 installation. Services may begin up to 3 months prior to the IBM RS6000 installation. Your qualification for these special terms is based on the following conditions: This letter agreement must be signed by you either within one month of this letter's date, or no later than the Date of Installation of the qualifying hardware, whichever is earlier. The IBM RISC System/6000 equipment must be placed on order no later than one month from the date of this letter. The IBM RISC System/6000's must be installed no later than tlu'ee months from the order date or the date of this letter, whichever is later; otherwise this offer is void. Any changes in your acquisition and/or terms of payment of the quail- lying hardware or qualifying software will result in a change in the value of these special terms and conditions.
