CMBC (CABARRUS COUNTY) SMALL CITIES PROGRAM <br /> <br />YES, my organization would like to become a member of the Task Force for the "Small Cities <br />Program". I understand and pledge as a Task Force member to undertake the following duties and <br />responsibilities: <br /> <br />1. Adopt the CMBC Small Cities Program Documents, ie, Operating Plan. <br /> <br />2. Meet six times per year to assess the progress of the program. <br /> <br />3.
