Resident Rights' Celebration with lunch in October. <br /> <br /> 3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />DDA Halloween party at VFW. <br /> <br />Attended training sessions in Charlotte in June and December. <br /> <br />New members participated in facility orientation. <br /> <br />Worked to resolve grievances with administrators. <br /> <br />Assisted Ombudsman Program in providing training on resident riqhts <br />to domiciliary staff. <br /> <br />Distributed posters on resident rights to facilities. <br />Held quarterly business meetings with ombudsman. <br /> <br />The committee experienced the following strengths during the year: <br /> <br />Additional DDA Home has opened. <br /> <br />Regular quarterly meetings and visits. <br /> <br />Committee members are cooperative and concerned. <br /> <br /> <br />
