APPENDIX A <br /> <br />POSSIBLE SCENARIOS <br /> <br /> Three possible scenarios for moving forward with the hub concept are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Build addition to Health Department and purchase property <br />adjacent to Health Department for Human Services hub. <br />Sell other properties such as those occupied by Mental <br />Health and Social Services. <br /> <br />Sell the Health Department property and building and co- <br />locate all human services facilities on the property currently <br />occupied by the Cabarrus County Fairgrounds. <br /> <br />Sell the Health Department property and building, sell all the <br />county property located on or adjacent to the Cabarras <br />County Fairgrounds and relocate all human service facilities <br />to a common site to be determined. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
