Oeneral site characteristics like ownership, <br /> topography, soils, draingage, vegetation, and <br /> o~her physical characteristics; <br /> <br /> 2. Transportation patterns including public roads <br /> serving the track, internal circulation and <br /> parking; <br /> <br /> 3. Land use including existing and planned with <br /> general si~e characteristics given; <br /> <br /> 4. Utilities information; and <br /> <br /> 5. Relationship of proposed zone change to long <br /> range plans. <br /> <br />~n addition, all uses within the County must meet performance <br />standards as listed in Section 5.21 of the ordinance.
