Those performance <br />standards which we believe it is. most important that you address <br />are the following: <br /> <br />Electrical disturbance or interference no <br />disturbance of this type is allowed and it <br />should be shown that this use does not produce <br />any; <br /> <br />Noise - standards must be met dependent on <br />zoning classification and evidence should be <br />produced that noise levels do not and will not <br />exceed permitted levels; and <br /> <br />Vibration - limits are set on the amount of <br />vibration that be transmitted based on zoning <br />classification and evidence should be <br />submitted that these levels are not exceeded. <br /> <br />You are not required to submit this information, but you, as <br />applicant, have the burden of proof that the standards of the <br />ordinance will be met.
