ATTACHMENT "B" <br /> <br />5.2] Performance Standards: <br /> <br />5,2l-] General ADDlicabfli~; After the effective date of this ordinance, any <br />use established or changed to, and any building, structure, or land <br />developed, constructed or used ~or, any Pern~tted Principal Use, shall comply <br />with all of the performance standards herein set forth for the district involved. <br />These performance standards shall apply in all zoning districts. <br /> <br />5.2]-2 Application To Extensions. Enlargements. Etc,; If any existing use or <br />building or other structure is extended, enlarged, or reconstructed, the <br />performance standards for the distr/ct involved shall apply with respect to <br />such extended, enlarged, or reconstructed portion or portions of such use, <br />building or other structure. <br /> <br />5.21-3 Re~u~red Compliance Bv Non-ConforminG Situations: Within twenty- <br />four (24) months of the effective date of this ordinance, all presently existing <br />uses of lands, buildings or other structures shall comply with the performance <br />standards as herein set forth for the district involved. <br /> <br />5.2l-4 supplementary .Performance standards: The fo].lowi.qg performance <br />standard shall be supplementary to the standards contained applicable in the <br />areas subject to the jurisdiction <br />of this ordinance in the district indicated. <br /> <br />21-5 Electrical Disturbance Or Interference; <br /> <br />A. No Permitted Use, Conditional Use or Accessory Use in any <br /> <br />1. Create any electrical disturbance that adversely affects any <br />operations or equlpment other than those of the creator of such <br />disturbance; or <br /> <br />2. Othe~se cause, create, or contribute to the interference with <br />electronic slgnals (including television, and radio broadcasUng <br />transmissions) to the extent that the operation of any equipment <br />not owned by the creator of such disturbance is adversely <br />affected. <br /> <br />5.2l-6 Noise: Table A that follows establ~he$ the maximum permissible noise <br />levels for permitted uses in the A-I, C-l, C-2, C-3, C-4, O-I, PUD, I-1 and I-2 <br />districts. <br /> <br />Measurements ihall be taken at the boundary lines of the zoning lot in the case <br />of A-2, A-I, O-I, C-l, C-2, C-3, C-4, and PUD districts and at the d~tricts <br />boundary lines for I-1 and I-2 distl-lcts on which the use is located, and, as <br />indicated the maximum permissible noise levels, vary accorc]~ing to the zoning of <br />the lot adjacent to the lot on which the use is located.
