Special events held by and governed by public schools, private schools (approved by the North Carolina Department of Education), colleges or universities (granting bache]or.degrees or associate degrees) (i.e., football, soccer, track, baseball and similar or related sporting events, school band practices and competition) are not subjected to the noise section of this ordinance. ,~.21-7 Vibration: A. No Permitted Principal Use, Conditional Use or Accessory Use in C-l, O & I, C-3 districts may generate transmitted vibration that is perceptible to the human sense of touch, measured at the outside boundary of the structure occupied by the use generating the vibration. B. No Permitted Principal Use, Conditional Use or Accessory Use in A- I, I-1 and PDO(I) districts may generate any ground transmitted vibration in excess of the limits set forth in Table B. Measurements shall be taken at the boundaries of the zoning lot containing the use generating the vibrations. C. No Permitted Principal Use, Conditional Use, or Accessory Use in C- 2, C-4, and I-2 districts may generate any ground transmitted vibration in excess of the limits set forth in Table B. Measurements shall be taken at the district boundaries.
