Special events held by and governed by public schools, private schools <br />(approved by the North Carolina Department of Education), colleges or <br />universities (granting bache]or.degrees or associate degrees) (i.e., <br />football, soccer, track, baseball and similar or related sporting events, <br />school band practices and competition) are not subjected to the noise <br />section of this ordinance. <br /> <br />,~.21-7 Vibration: <br /> <br />A. No Permitted Principal Use, Conditional Use or Accessory Use in C-l, <br />O & I, C-3 districts may generate transmitted vibration that is <br />perceptible to the human sense of touch, measured at the outside <br />boundary of the structure occupied by the use generating the vibration. <br /> <br />B. No Permitted Principal Use, Conditional Use or Accessory Use in A- <br />I, I-1 and PDO(I) districts may generate any ground transmitted <br />vibration in excess of the limits set forth in Table B. Measurements shall <br />be taken at the boundaries of the zoning lot containing the use <br />generating the vibrations. <br /> <br />C. No Permitted Principal Use, Conditional Use, or Accessory Use in C- <br />2, C-4, and I-2 districts may generate any ground transmitted vibration <br />in excess of the limits set forth in Table B.
