Child Abuse and Neglect Investigations <br /> <br />Support the appropriation of additional State funding required to <br />permit county departments of social services to employ the number <br />of social workers needed to meet caseload standards established hy <br />the state for child protective services investigations. <br /> <br />2. Treatment Services for Child Abuse <br /> <br />Support the appropriation of additional State funding needed to <br />provide appropriate treatment services for both victims and <br />perpetrators in child physical and sexual abuse cases. <br /> <br />3. Child Foster Care Services <br /> <br />Support legislative action to raise from the current level of <br />$265 the limit on the amount of individual monthly child foster <br />care pa}~ents for which state and federal financial participation <br />is provided for children with emotional, behavioral, and other <br />special needs. <br /> <br /> Thank you for your initiative in chis matter and for your consideration <br />of these items. <br /> <br />JFC,Jr.:vbp <br /> <br /> Deparlmenl o!
