Richard RusSell, MIS Director C~ <br /> <br />April 22, 1992 <br /> <br />Word Processor Upgrade Bid Award <br /> <br />I recommend that the County accept a joint bid from IBM and <br />Manpower in the amount of $80,787.58 for an upgrade of our <br />present word processing system in Social Services. The bid <br />amount is considerably less that the $120,000 that is <br />currently budgeted. <br /> <br />This was the only bid that was received. The bid met all of <br />the specifications of the RFP. <br /> <br /> <br />
