VI. TRANSPORT OF NON-EMERGENCY CONVALESCENTS <br /> <br />EMS will transport all non-emergency convalescent calls to Rowan Memorial <br />Hospital after 1800 hours (6:00 p.m.). (Residents in southern Rowan County who <br />prefer Cabarrus Memorial Hospital may be transported there.) Other transports of <br />a non-emergency nature outside Rowan County will be authorized by the Emergency <br />Room Attending Physician or Rowan Memorial Hospital Staff Physician after 1800 <br />hours. <br /> <br />1.
