A publio hearing on the question of annexing the <br />above-described territory will be held in the County Commissioners' <br />Room on the Second Floor of the Cabarrus County Governmental <br />Center, Church Street, South, Concord, North Carollna, at 7:00 <br />p.m., on the 18th ~ay of Hay, 1992, at which time plans for <br />extending services to said owners in said territory and all <br />residents of the Water and Sewer District of Cabarrus County will <br />be given an opportunity to be heard. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3.
