PLANS FOR EXTENDING SERVICES <br /> <br />AREA I-C <br /> <br />The proposed annexation of this area is to ,encompass all existing <br />District water lines within the District boundaries. <br /> <br />AREA II-A <br /> <br />The proposed annexation of this area is to encompass an area where <br />county water lines were extended out of the existing District <br />boundaries. <br /> <br />AREA II-B <br /> <br />The proposed annexation of this area has three purposes: 1) to <br />encompass an area where County water lines were extended out of the <br />existing Distric~ boundaries; 2) to encompass the proposed Midland <br />wastewater treatment plant and water projects; and 3) to correct <br />existing D/strict boundary descriptions to include both s/des of certain <br />roads. <br /> <br />AREA III-A <br /> <br />The proposed annexation of this area has three purposes: 1) to <br />encompass an area originally installed by Contract 3 that was not within <br />the District boundaries; 2) to encompass areas of extension proposed by <br />the Utility Department Capital Improvement Program; and 3) to correct <br />existing District boundary descriptions to include both sides of certain <br />road. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted this 2!st day of April, 2992. <br /> <br /> Phill~p L.
