Ongoing training and contact is being done by the L.I.F.E. Center to <br />other agencies including Cabarrus County Mental Health, Cabarrus Hospital, <br />local Doctor's offices, the Health Department, the Alzheimers Association <br />and others to further reach all in Cabarrus County, including minority <br />individuals, of available services. <br /> <br /> <br />
