Albemarle Rd., Midland from ARR to 0 & I. <br /> <br />1. I am requesting this rezone specifically so that we <br /> may operate a small real estate company on this site. <br /> <br />2. The house is already set up for handicapp access. <br /> We have an entrance ramp and also rails in the bath. <br /> <br />3. This property has been operating as a small office <br /> that fit into ARR Zoning for the past 2 years or more. <br /> <br />We are located four tenths of a mile west of Hwy 24/27 and <br />Hwy 601 Intersection. We are adjacent to C-3 zoned properties, <br />vacant land and one residence. <br /> <br />We have talked to our immediate neighbors, who have told us they <br />are supporting this zoning change. <br /> <br />We are located on a stretch of Hwy 24/27 that will be expanded <br />to 5 lanes of traffic.
