While <br />other individuals may be appointed to replace current members whose <br />terms are expiring, they must be selected from the categories indicated <br />below. Appointments to the PlO must be made from a slate of nominees. <br />The Council meets every other month and makes decisions about the <br />allocation of funds, choice of service providers, and monitoring activities in <br />the JTPA program. The Private Industry Council meeting is generally the <br />second Tuesday of the meeting month. <br /> <br /> <br />
