Not less than 8.25% milk solids and not less than <br /> 3.25% milk fat. <br />Milk, low fat buttermilk, 1/2 pint, Grade A, pasteurized <br /> cultured, milk solids not less than 8%. <br />A selection of milk types including whole milk, skim milk, and <br /> buttermilk must be provided. <br />Cheese, no imitation. <br /> <br />Cakes - all cakes will be frosted or an appropriate fruit to~ping <br />will be used. Cakes must be covered with an appropriate <br /> <br />Salt normally used in all recipes or food preparation will be <br /> reduced by one-half. <br /> <br />Caterer will supply to each site written serving instructions for <br /> each serving day specifying the utensils to be used and/or <br /> amounts of each food item to be served to each Program <br /> participant in order to insure that proper portion are <br /> provided. <br /> <br />Purcha-=er shall notify Catarer by ~hone by 2:00 P.M. or each <br />Program serving day of its me~al re~,~rements for the next serving <br />day. caterer and Program may agree to an earlier time. This <br />notification shall constitute a purcha.~e order which will cover . <br />the maximum billing for that order. ~he Pro~z~m Coordinator <br />or agency design~_ ha~ the authority to make a change in the number <br />of daily meals to be provided by the Caterer. <br /> <br />The Purcba~ may notify the Caterer by 6:30 A.M. of any serving <br />day in the event t_hat incle~nt w~th= or any unforesee__~le <br />c/rcumstance reduces the meal rec~rements at any or all sites <br />and no cbm _rges will be made to the Purcha~_r for those cancelled <br />meals. If meal orders are cancelled by the Purcb~-~r after 7:00 <br />A.M., then the Caterer may bill the Purcha-~r based on a prorated <br />oost for meal preparations that have been made prior to the <br />Purcba-=er,s cancellation notice. <br /> <br /> <br />
