I have included twelve (12)
copies of the drawing, the Rezoning Request statement and the
Master Land Use Plan. These have all been revised to include
reponses to your comments. I appreciate your assistance.

We have been promised service but have not received letters
from Container Corporation of The Carolinas (refuse collection)
and Vision Cable of Metrolina.

The only other unresolved issue is that of water and sewer.
We are working with the Cabarrus County utility Department on the
basis that they can provide this subdivision with water and sewer
service through the reciprocal aqreement they have with the City.
If not, the owner will consider reguestinq annexation by Concord.

If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact
me. Thank you.

Sincerely,

W. E. Cochran, Jr. P.E.

Enclosures

cc/encl. Richard Suggs
