The <br />selection of services delivered has grown from 24 to 43 channels, and <br />every year has produced both technological improvement and cable <br />extensions into new subdivisions and previously unserved areas. In <br />addition, we have strived to provide the best customer service in the <br />county and were especially pleased to have been the first cable system <br />in the state to receive the National Cable Television Association's <br />Seal of Good Customer Service. As you are aware, we have been able to <br />provide these services while maintaining rates much lower than many <br />cable systems in nearby areas. <br /> <br />I believe the enclosed proposal is fairly self-explanatory. We request <br />that you schedule a public hearing for comment and approval.
