~0~1~ CAROLI~A <br /> <br />September 16, 1992 <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: Board of Commissioners <br /> <br />FROM: Susie Bonds <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Request for Permit to Use Amplification System <br /> <br />On September 14, Kenneth Graham and David Byrd requested a permit for the operation <br />of an amplification system for an outdoor band performance at their residence at 9808 <br />Earnhardt Lake Road on Saturday, September 19, 1992, from 7:30 P.M. until 11:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Mr. Graham agreed by telephone on September 16 that the noise would be maintained at <br />a reasonable level on the 19th and would be lowered immediately if any complaints were <br />received. <br /> <br />It is requested that the Board approve the issuance of the permit nunc pro tunc. <br /> <br /> Board o!
