The Committee shall report its actions or <br />any policy recommendations at any meeting of the <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Section IL. ~'~,~Speciat' committees ~ i~. <br /> Special Committees may be appointed at any time it <br /> is deemed necessary and desirable during any <br /> regular or special meeting of the commission.
