Section 3. <br /> <br />Section 4. <br /> <br />Section 5. <br /> <br />Section 6. <br /> <br />Section 7. <br /> <br />Section 8. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VIII (Cont.) <br /> <br />de <br /> <br />A simple majority will determine the <br />acceptance or rejection of business properly <br />brought before Executive Committee. <br /> <br />Nominating Committee <br />The Nominating Committee shall consist of three <br />Commissioners of the Commission who shall be <br />appointed no later than the regular November <br />meeting each year. <br /> <br />Duties of the Nominatin~ Committee <br />The Nominating Committee shall review and recommend <br />a slate of officers for the forthcoming year <br />including a Chaizman, Vice-Chairman and one <br />Commission member to serve as an at-large delegate <br />on the Executive Committee. Before any person is <br />nominated either for an office or to serve as a <br />member-at-large,,?the ~om[nat~ngl committee-shall <br />secure the consent of each nominee to serve if <br />elected. <br /> <br />Plannin~ and Finance Committee <br />The Planning and Finance Committee shall consist of <br />three Commissioners of the Commission who shall be <br />appointed at the regular January meeting each year. <br /> <br />Duties of the Planning and Finance Committee <br />The Planning and Finance Committee shall study, <br />prepare and recommend an annual program plan and <br />budget. In addition, it shall be the duty of the <br />Committee to study, prepare and annually recommend <br />a long range plan, of not less than five years, for <br />the acquisition of property and development of <br />programs and facilities. The recommended annual <br />plan and budget and the recommended long range plan <br />shall be presented to the entire Commission for <br />consideration not later than the regular meeting in <br />March of each year. <br /> <br />Property Committee <br />The Property Committee shall consist of three <br />Commissioners of the Commission who shall be <br />appointed at the regular meeting in January of each <br />year. <br /> <br />Duties of the Property Committee <br />The Property Committee shall consider all matters <br />relating to property acquisition, maintenance, <br />expansion, construction and similar matters. The <br />Committee shall investigate and administer all <br />approved activities relating to the above matters <br /> <br /> <br />
