Maintenance <br /> <br />Available service maintenance options shall be included in proposal for the <br />period following the warranty period. <br /> <br />At least two (2) service options must be available as follows: <br /> <br /> a. Per service call charge with specifications to include terms of labor, <br /> materials, and replacement of phones. <br /> <br />b. Flat monthly rate with specifications to include labor, materials, and <br /> replacement of phones. <br /> <br />Ter~s <br /> <br /> Minimum warranty period of no less than (6) months. <br /> <br /> Proposal should be made on a lease/purchase agreement specifying monthly <br /> financing charges and buyout option at the end of the lease period. <br /> <br />3. Monthly charges should be inclusive of installation charges unless <br /> otherwise specified. <br /> <br />4. Service costs to system shall be provided at no charge during the warrantly <br /> period. <br /> <br />5.. Replacement of broken or inoperative phones shall be provided at. no cost <br /> during the lease period. <br /> <br />6. The system shall be installed and service provided within thirty (30) days <br /> of the proposal award. <br /> <br /> <br />
